CANCELLATION BEFORE WORK BEGINS
If you request cancellation before work on your project has started, you may contact us to request a refund.
Any non-recoverable third-party expenses or applicable processing costs may be deducted where permitted by law.
CANCELLATION AFTER WORK HAS STARTED
Once work on a service has started, a full refund is not automatically guaranteed.
Refund requests will be reviewed individually based on factors such as:

• Time spent on the project
• Resources already used
• Third-party costs already incurred
• Deliverables already provided
COMPLETED SERVICES
Services that have been fully completed and delivered are generally non-refundable, except where required by applicable law or where the delivered service materially differs from the service purchased.
ADVERTISING BUDGETS
Advertising spend paid directly to advertising platforms is separate from our professional service fees.
Advertising budgets already spent or charged by third-party advertising platforms cannot be refunded by Ventor Ads.
THIRD-PARTY FEES
Third-party expenses such as advertising charges, software subscriptions, domains, hosting, platform fees, or other external costs are generally non-refundable by Ventor Ads once those costs have been incurred.
